The beloved Louisville brunch spot, House of Marigold, is set to open its second brick-and-mortar location, bringing its fan-favorite dishes and community-focused vision to Norton Commons. Known for its rotating selection of breakfast and lunch delights, House of Marigold has been a staple on Shelbyville Road for two years, garnering a loyal following. Now, owner Adrienne Cole is ready to expand that vision to a new neighborhood.
“This is our opportunity to be in a neighborhood and a community that we’ve been fond of,” Adrienne shared. “We’re excited to be a part of it. It’s a wonderful opportunity to see our vision grow into another half of the community.”
The new Norton Commons location will stay true to the original concept while introducing unique touches tailored to the area. “We’ve learned that people love what we do in this space,” Adrienne said, referencing the warmth and charm that have made House of Marigold a go-to brunch destination.
A Continued Legacy of Creativity and Passion
For those familiar with Adrienne Cole’s story, this milestone feels especially meaningful. Last year, we had the privilege of interviewing her about the inspiring journey behind House of Marigold and her artistic achievements, including her collaboration with the Speed Art Museum. Adrienne’s commitment to community, creativity, and culinary excellence has been a consistent theme in her work.
A New Chapter in Norton Commons
With this expansion, Adrienne hopes to bring the same warmth and deliciousness that has defined House of Marigold’s original location to a new audience. As Norton Commons welcomes this culinary gem, Adrienne and her team are excited to see their vision flourish and grow in a community they’ve long admired.
Keep an eye out for the grand opening announcement—House of Marigold’s second location promises to be just as magical as the first.
