I’ve been exercising since I could walk! I have always been athletic, always climbing or jumping, running or doing cartwheels.
Off to the Races
Exercising racehorses can be physically demanding. It helps to be athletic and riding can be like a “dance” between you and the horse. There is nothing like it. It’s easy to stay motivated when you are doing something you enjoy. I also know when my body needs some down time and rest. I try to alternate my workouts. I will follow a hard workout with a light workout the next time.
Just staying fit on a daily basis is an accomplishment for me!
