Seeing people my age, and younger, who have become sedentary. The only time I sit is to knit, or watch the news.

Staying Strong 
I stay strong by walking, running stairs, housework, and gardening. Carrying a laundry basket of wet clothes and reaching down to hang them up, is exercise. But I’m always up for a challenge. Maybe I should try Zumba!

To keep on keeping on! Maybe to live 15 more years!
