What To Do This Weekend

Dec 20, 2018 | This Weekend

Enjoy free admission for kids 12 and younger during Home for the Holidays Saturday through January 6 at Louisville Slugger Museum. Santa will also be stopping by from 1-3pm Saturday.

Enjoy Breakfast with Santa at Fourth Street Live!, featuring a warm breakfast buffet with pancakes, eggs, sausage, pastries, and more. A portion of the proceeds benefit Wesley House Community Services.

Enjoy Krampus: A Houndmouth Holiday Show, a concert for all ages at the Louisville Palace, with boxes available for donations of ear buds, headphones,  iTunes gift cards, or related items for the Home of the Innocents’ Music Therapy program.

Get ready for an indoor snowball fight at the 4th Annual Holiday Bash & Snow Throw at Silver Street Park in New Albany, Indiana, also featuring crafts and activities, a showing of the movie Elf, and more. While nearby, also check out the New Albany Winter Farmer’s Market.

Shop products produced by local makers, hear a performance by the Youth Performing Arts School Choir, see an interpretive performance of The Gift of the Magi, and more at A Kentucky Christmas at the Frazier.

LOOK AHEAD: Make plans to join Today’s Woman in February at the Fight For Air Climb, one of the American Lung Association’s signature fundraising events, where participants climb the stairs to the top of the PNC Tower (38 floors) while raising funds to support the mission of the American Lung Association. The registration fee increases on January 1, so register now.
