Why Christina Gnadinger Loves Group Fitness

It’s never too late…
I started exercising seriously and consistently once I turned 30. I joined the gym with three other people, and I was the only person who stayed with it in the long term.

Push through
The people in my classes help push me through the tough spots. Group fitness is amazing. It’s a community of people who all share similar but different goals. We come from everywhere and everything. We meet weekly and we all fight the same fight together. I’ve met the most amazing people, amazing friends, through fitness and they help me both in the classes and outside of them.

They are the hardest workers and most inspiring people out there.
