Never Quit 
Quitting never occurs to me. Exercise, clean living and a healthy diet has always been who I am. From an early age, I saw the benefit of adopting these practices, and to this day, they remain important to me.


Inspiration 
My students keep me moving all day, and my fitness-based program and heart-health curriculum means non-stop activity from morning through afternoon.

Mentor 
I would really like to continue to have a positive influence on my students so they can achieve their own fitness goals.
