A Cranberry Relish Recipe You'll Love

So far we've brought you our Thanksgiving Tutorial and a few extra recipes as well as helpful hints but we're loving this cranberry relish recipe for any occasion. Not only is cranberry relish great for Thanksgiving but it's a great recipe to make and save all throughout the holidays; Add to dips, spreads, sandwiches, sweets and more.

Cranberry Relish

  • 2 large navel oranges
  • 2 red apples, cored, cut into chunks
  • 1 lbs fresh cranberries
  • 2 cups sugar
Peel oranges, reserving ½ of the zest. Chop oranges coarsely. Wash cranberries, drain and place in food processor. Add apples, sugar and reserved zest. Process until chopped. Add oranges and pulse until blended. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
