In case you missed it! 3 Makeovers you need to see now

This month, we had all our focus on before and afters and these three women won a chance to have a complete makeover themselves. Three different women wanting three different looks, we took them from drab to fab and we're sharing how we did it! Here are a few of our styling tips that we used for the makeover process.

First, Toshia came to us hoping to win a makeover in order to help her look professional. A substitute teacher and a front end supervisor for Ross stores, Toshia needed help playing up her look in order to fit the workplace. Since Toshia is young, we did a smokey eye to enhance her look- she had great eyes! In order for her to fit the workplace, Toshia needed something comfortable, feminine and also sophisticated. This orange dress is the perfect shape. The length is professional and it hugs her in all the right places, keeping her figure shown without looking too tight and unprofessional. The high neckline also keeps things looking conservative but the leather detail and cap sleeve help add some flair. Remember- professional doesn't mean boring! A great way to play up a professional, more conservative look is to use accessories. These earrings keep Toshia looking her age, girly and trendy all at once.

Next, Erika entered to win the makeover and desperately wanted help to be un-momified. Erika has recently just completed her own lifestyle makeover, resulting in an incredible weight loss story! We were inspired by her go get 'em attitude and that little bit of spark she had to get herself to where she is now. For Erika, we chose jewel tones which compliments her fair skin and dark hair. Leather is very trendy for fall this year so we chose an A-line skirt with a pop of leather to add some edge to a feminine-cut skirt. The length is age and mom-appropriate, while the silk blouse and statement necklace make the outfit look sophisticated and polished.

Nancy entered to win and wanted us to glamorize her gray! Nancy had a lot of spunk and a colorful personality so we wanted to match that. Bold colors can really accentuate beautiful gray hair so we chose a sangria pink jacket with some flair and a printed dress beneath. A transitional jacket like this can make a statement and can also be worn several ways. Gray hair and light skin can easily wash you out, but with a touch of raspberry lips Nancy looks instantly brighter.
