3 Different Valentine Dates

This year, since Valentine's Day falls on a Friday, try making it last all weekend long. Many places in Louisville offer specials from the 13th through the 15th. Spice things up and do something outside the usual romantic dinner date. These fun and active date ideas will have you falling in love all over again.



A Taste of Love Aphrodisiac Dinner
Hosted by Varanese Restaurant from Thursday, February 13th through Saturday, February 15th. The dinner will include a special seductive menu of appetizers, entrees, and desserts that are comprised of aphrodisiac ingredients designed to stimulate the appetite and inspire the heart. Reservations are recommended and can be made by calling 502.899.9904 or emailing letsdine@varanese.com. 


Valentine's Dinner and Lantern Tour
At the Woodford Reserve Distillery on 
Thursday, February 13th, Friday, February 14th,
 and Saturday, February 15th from 
6:30 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. The night will begin with a romantic lantern tour followed by a special Woodford Reserve cocktail and hors d'oeuvres in the Dryer House. Chef in Residence, Ouita Michel and Chef de cuisine Nat Henton are designing a gourmet feast with hints of chocolate and cocoa in each course. Plant Based Valentine’s Day Demonstration Class
Held at Cooking At The Cottage from 11:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, February 15th.
