Sky High Dining - Rivue at the top of the Galt House

High-class dining high in the sky... Rivue equals elegant dining with spectacular views.

One of two circular dining areas that turn while you dine, offering views of downtown Louisville and beyond.

New Head Chef Dustin Willett's culinary skills matches Rivue's high-class style. Situated 25 stories up, Rivue offers views of downtown Louisville and the Ohio River right from your table!

While here, start your evening with the seared sea scallops. Served on a Garnet yam puree and dotted with roasted mushrooms and crispy bacon, this is the perfect start to what will be an incredible dining experience.

Next, the bone-in ribeye is a great choice for a main course. This particular dish is broiled with a butter, thyme, and smoked bourbon sea salt finish. It sits on a bed of broccolini and is dotted with oven-dried tomatoes. The plate is then drizzled with a smoked tomato jus.

And did I mention dessert yet? Something truly stunning awaits! For a beautiful finish, try the chocolate espresso cake, which is finished with vanilla bean whipped cream, a swirl of raspberry Chambord choulis and candied nuts.
