They Lost 58 Pounds! Find out how.

We had an incredible weight loss challenge this year. Three participants collectively lost 58 pounds!  With the help from their trainers at Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center , Floyd County YMCA, and Iron Body Fitness and food from Home Cuisine, each one of these ladies is continuing with her new, healthy lifestyle. Here's how they did it in just three months:

With help from her trainer, Marie Bernard at Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, Susan went from a size 14 to a size 8! As of the beginning of this month, Susan had lost 20 pounds. Susan loves weight training and yoga. She says Home Cuisine not only helped with the weight loss, but it also helped with the reduction of her cravings. She and her family now eat out much less and have increased their intake of whole grains and vegetables. She feels great and has more energy. She looks great, too!

Like everyone, Maggie had an incredible trainer: Allison Hilles at the Floyd County YMCA in New Albany, IN. As of the beginning of this month, Maggie had lost 18 pounds. She dropped one pant size and reached her weight loss goal for this session. She is now working on her "wouldn't it be nice" goal weight. Maggie was an existing member of the YMCA and continues with a weekly workout regiment.  As a virtual employee, the meals provided by Home Cuisine were convenient and the portion sizes were helpful for future reference. She looks amazing!

Lizzet lost a total of 22 pounds in our challenge. She went from a size 14 to a size 10. She says participating in Dave Randolph's Iron Body's Kettle Bell program has totally changed her shape.  Lizzet also has more energy, and she says she feels and looks less "swollen." Home Cuisine has inspired Lizzet to create healthy, portion-controlled meals. Home Cuisine also introduced her daughter to some new vegetables. Lizzet continues at Iron Body Fitness. She looks fabulous!

Many thanks to all who made this year's weight loss challenge a success!
