Annie May's Sweet Cafe

An allergy-friendly bakery:

If you know someone who is allergic or has an intolerance to gluten or tree nuts, then Annie May's Sweet Cafe is the place to have a meal and/or a special treat. Annie May's entire cafe is gluten- and tree nut-free. She and her business partner Kenna have dedicated their cafe as a safe haven for people who are allergic to gluten and tree nuts. Nothing enters the building that has been cross contaminated...
...with either one of these food items. They take food allergies seriously. In fact, they not only make their own special gluten-free flour blend for all their baked goods, but they also restrict any outside food or drink from entering the building. Now, that's dedication!

Super Cookie and Chocolate Brownie

There are no preservatives in the cafe items, either. One hundred percent pure goodness, and it's really tasty, too! Try their allergen-free brownie – it's dairy-free, gluten-free, and tree nut-free! If you think this can't be allergy-free and taste good, then think again, head to Annie May's, and try this brownie for yourself.  Infused with chocolate ganache, this brownie is even better when placed in the microwave for a few seconds.

Vegan items are available as well. Soups, sandwiches, and some baked items are available, such as the Super Cookie, a gluten- and tree nut-free chocolate chip cookie. The vegan version has a chocolate center. This one here is shown with a cream cheese center.

Ham, cheese, cucumber, tomato, and onion sandwich made with the gluten-free sandwich bun.

While I was visiting the cafe, several people came in to pick up their "Special Order." Cakes, breads, sandwich buns, and rolls are a few items that people order and pick up at the cafe. This fabulous ham sandwich is created with Annie and Kenna's gluten-free sandwich bun with their special flour blend.
